Here at Aerial City, our classes are primarily set up as a 4-6 week series with each class building on the skills taught in the previous week. Please be aware that our leveled classes are only offered as a full series. All other classes, including intro classes, are offered as a series, single time drop in, or class pack.

PLEASE READ

All sales are final for single class, series, packages, workshops, memberships, and merchandise purchased. In the event that the studio needs to cancel a class or workshop, a credit or refund will be offered.

If you purchased a series and miss a class, you will be given 1 free credit for an open studio as a makeup. The credit must be used within the scheduled series.

If you signed up for a single class, you will have 24 hours to cancel in order to receive a credit for another class. If there is a no show, or you cancel after 24 hours, there will be no credits issued. If you purchased the 1 Month Unlimited Package, you will have 24 hours to cancel. If you cancel after 24 hours or you do not show, you will be charged a $15 fee.
