You’ll want to wear fitted athletic attire that cover the armpits and backs of the knees such as yoga pants/leggings and a t-shirt. You can also wear a fitted tank top, socks and/or leg warmers.
Pole Classes: We recommend wearing short shorts, sports bra and/or fitted tank top. DO NOT WEAR ANY LOTIONS, OILS, LUBRICANTS ECT. This will cause you to not be able to grip onto the pole. You will also want to bring a rag and rubbing alcohol to keep you and your pole dry from sweat.
Chinese Pole Classes: You will want to wear either thick leggings, jeggings, or skinny jeans you can move in, and a long sleeve form fitting top. You can go barefoot, wear ballet slippers or wrestling shoes.
Fire Classes: Please wear cotton safe clothing. An 80/20 blend is ok. Long sleeves are encouraged. You will also want to make sure to bring a hair tie to pull your hair back.
***Please NO clothing or jewelry with sharp metals or edges. Do Not wear any dangling jewelry that can snag or catch. This protects both you and the equipment. Please make sure to wear clothing that completely covers your chest and genitalia. Please make sure that your hair is pulled back so that it is not covering your face. Please DO NOT bring glass of any kind into the studio.
**Classes will begin on time. Please arrive on time for instructors to be able to check you in. If you are running late, please let your instructor know so they don’t mark you as a no show. There will be a late arrival warm-up you will need to complete before joining the class. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, it is up to the instructor’s discretion to let you join the class.
